Advance reservations are required for the following:
– First contact lens prescription (junior high school students and above)
– Prism eyeglass prescription
– Examination and prescription for strabismus and amblyopia

You can also make reservations for the following tests.
– Visual field test
– Color vision test

Priority will be given to those who have made a reservation.
It may be difficult to see you on the day without a reservation, so we would appreciate it if you could make a reservation by phone.

No reservation is required for any other consultations.
If you come directly to the clinic during opening hours, we will see you in order of reception.

Our clinic also provides examinations by orthoptist.
